Concierge medicine also known as boutique medicine, direct care is a relationship between a patient and a primary care physician in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer for enhanced services. To be able to provide personalized enhanced care, physician accepts fewer number of patients usually around 200-300. It is like coming back of old time medicine.

No. Your yearly membership fee covers all your visits to Dr. Khan and other services as outlined above. However you must maintain your insurances which will cover your labs, xray and radiology tests, hospital visits, specialists visits etc.
